Occupational Therapist Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in a part-time or casual capacity.
* Assist with pre-op joint replacement screening of patients and be an integral member of our post-surgery day rehabilitation program service, working closely with the medical team, allied health team, and nursing staff.
* Work across various inpatient areas, including orthopaedic rehabilitation, general reconditioning, acute medical, and neurological conditions, providing self-care re-training, home assessment and modifications, falls prevention, and health promotion services.
About You:
* Prior hospital experience is desirable but not essential; new graduates are welcome to apply.
* Ongoing training will be provided to support professional growth and development.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge through participation in Quality Improvement activities and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* Full registration with AHPRA
* Current driver's license
* A desire to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
