About the Role:
As People & Culture Manager / Senior HR Business Partner, you'll partner with General Managers and Heads of Departments across our Queensland and Northern Territory hotel portfolio to enhance workplace culture.
* Embed and optimize Dayforce HRIS, streamline Personnel and Compensation processes, and support hotel openings and transitions.
* Align hotel operations with Elevate P&C strategy, working closely with State Managers and GMs.
* Lead engagement initiatives, talent management, reward and performance frameworks, change management, and people communication strategies that elevate employee satisfaction.
* Champion recruitment, onboarding, and career development in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams.
* Resolve and support grievances including case management, manage employment risks, and partner on Workplace Health and Safety compliance and safety initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of employment relations, WHS, and HR systems (Dayforce experience a plus).
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the business.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
