Armstrong Flooring is looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic, self-motivated and results orientated sales representative to join our sales team in South Australia.

Armstrong Flooring, Australia's only resilient floor coverings manufacturer, and a key supplier to health and other commercial markets, has an established reputation delivering quality products and customer service excellence. Having recently been purchased by a well known Australian family, the business is now aggressively increasing its presence in the residential flooring market throughout Australia - with intention in early 2026 to add carpet to its exciting competitively priced existing hybrid, LVP, laminate and carpet tiles ranges.
About the Role
The role will be focused on growing and developing Armstrong Flooring's residential flooring business within South Australia. This will be achieved by building relationships with and servicing existing residential focused customers while seeking out new customers and business opportunities.
This is a diverse role where you will be building strong strategic long term relationships with retailers and driving sales - ensuring Armstrong Flooring is the brand of choice.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
* Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers (both major group and independent)
* Drive sales and offer superlative level of service and support to Armstrong Flooring's customers
* Promote Armstrong Flooring's upcoming new product ranges to maximise exposure in retail outlets and grow sales and market share
About You
To excel in this role, ideally you will have:
* Self-motivation and high personal work ethic standards
* Strong relationships and proven success in B2B sales, ideally in flooring, interiors and/or construction materials within South Australia
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Articulate, responsible and polished approach
* A proactive "can do" attitude with the ability to navigate challenges and overcome barriers
* Confidence using technology, digital tools and CRM systems to manage sales activity and performance reporting
