Howard Porter Vehicle Spray Painter Howard Porter has vacancies for Vehicle Spray Painters at their business. These are full-time positions. Howard Porter was founded in Fremantle in 1936 and today is building quality transport equipment for the mining, resources and transport industries. The Company is greatly recognised throughout Australia for its historical achievements and builds and delivers a comprehensive range of quality transport equipment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare, fill and sand trailers for painting
* Diagnose faults, generate solutions and implement
* Spray paint trailers in spray booth
* Finish products by inspecting and cleaning
* May drive and operate fork truck
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Be reliable and have a good work ethic
* Have a genuine interest and exposure to heavy vehicle spray painting
* Have a positive, friendly and helpful attitude
* Be able to follow correct procedures & processes
* Good working knowledge of OS&H and Environmental practices
* AQF Certificate III in Spray Painting or equivalent or relevant experience (minimum 3 years' experience)
Remuneration/Salary
$72,000 to $85,000 per annum. Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates. To be discussed with the successful applicant.
