Job Role
This role involves providing expert advice on a range of financial products to a specific allocated market.
The successful candidate will be individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality service to customers, identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
* Analyze complex problems and issues to find effective solutions.
* Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues as needed.
* Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer.
* Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
* A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
* FAIS compliance certification.
* A clear criminal and credit check record.
* At least three years' working experience, preferably in sales.
* Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
