Our Rubber Compounding Unit is experiencing growth across Day Shift / Afternoon Shift / Night Shift. This requires candidates to be available at short notice at times. We require the services of machine operators 40Hr week plus overtime available to work within our Rubber Compounding sector for immediate starts.
Roles
- Banbury Operator
- Mill Operator
- Chemical weighing operator
- Rubber Stacker
Candidates willing to learn and develop their skills across all roles within the compounding unit are much sought after.
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent understanding of O, H&S; with a solid focus on safety.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
- Candidates will be required to complete repetitive jobs and stand for long periods of time.
- Hold a current and valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test
- Police Check
- Be punctual and reliable
