About your opportunity:
Foster interprofessional learning and collaboration that strengthens improvement practice, shared outcomes, and evidence-based service delivery.
Develop, coordinate, and guide mentoring and capability-building in redesign and improvement to support staff and teams to lead change and innovation.
Operate with a high degree of professional autonomy and accountability, demonstrating initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to prioritise and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
