We're currently looking for Factory Process Workers to join our Cairns team. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a close-knit crew, and finishing each day knowing you've contributed to quality products used in homes across Australia — this could be the role for you.
About the Role
This is a practical, hands-on factory role where you'll contribute to the daily production of Bradnam's high-quality windows, doors and robes. You'll work across our Window, Door, Robe or Despatch lines, with opportunities to rotate between areas, build new skills and be cross-trained over time.
No experience? No problem. We'll provide full training, tools and support to help you succeed and proudly deliver the Bradnam's Difference.
What You'll Be Doing
* Picking and preparing aluminium and materials
* Using hand and power tools (training provided)
* Working across different factory lines to manufacture and assemble products
* Handling products safely, including some manual lifting
* Maintaining a strong focus on quality workmanship
* Following safe work practices and site requirements, including PPE
Hours of Work - 38 hours per week
Monday to Friday - 7:00am – 3:06pm

* Willingness to learn new skills and processes
* Good attention to detail and pride in quality work
* Experience with hand and power tools, or eagerness to learn
* Reliable, punctual and a strong communicator
* A positive, team-focused mindset
* Commitment to safety and doing the job right
Highly regarded (but not essential):
* Experience in aluminium fabrication or factory environments
