Job Overview

The Financial Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting with the accurate and timely management of financial records.


Main Responsibilities

* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and transactions.
* Verify data consistency and apply necessary corrections.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients on administrative account matters.
* Raise and process Accounts Receivable transactions in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Contribute to debt recovery activities, updating information in the finance system and communicating with debtors.


About the Team

The Finance Operations team is part of the Finance and Business Support department, providing essential support services for the organization.


Requirements

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Familiarity with financial software and systems.
