This role is central to ensuring safe, efficient operations and driving proactive maintenance strategies that keep our plant running at its best.As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be responsible for improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and embedding reliability principles across the site. You'll work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Condition Monitoring teams to deliver technical insights and practical solutions.Key aspects of the role includeAnalysing asset performance data to identify failure modes and trendsLeading root cause investigations and driving defect eliminationDeveloping and optimising maintenance strategies (RCM, FMEA, PM optimisation)Supporting shutdown planning and execution with reliability-driven scopesInfluencing capital and maintenance decisions through risk-based recommendationsEmployee Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
