Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate marketing projects to ensure key project outcomes are achieved and resources are utilised efficiently
* Contribute to the delivery of strategic and operational objectives in Brand, Marketing, and Communications
* Provide marketing support to allocated service agencies, as directed by the Marketing Manager
* Support the digital application and optimisation of our websites and social media platforms, including database management
* Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives
* Coordinate and contribute to fundraising campaigns, establishing relationships with key stakeholders
* Establish and maintain positive stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
* Support general Brand, Marketing, and Communications activities, including events and projects, as directed by the Marketing Manager
What We're Looking For
* Undergraduate qualification in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience
* Demonstrated experience in marketing and brand management
* Experience in project management and related tools
* Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate brand, marketing, fundraising, and event projects
* Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
* Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving
* High-level computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and project management software
* Creative with experience across various media applications
* Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
* Excellent planning, administrative, organizational, and reporting skills
* Ability to operate successfully in a changing environment, manage complexity, and drive change
* Experience working with external agencies
