About the opportunity

Located in the heart of Lakes Entrance, just a short drive from Bairnsdale, this vibrant early learning service caters for up to 65 children. With spacious, light-filled rooms and a thoughtfully designed outdoor environment, the service is well-resourced and deeply embedded in the local community. The team is committed, collaborative, and ready to welcome a capable leader to guide the service into its next chapter.

About you

You are someone who embodies emotional intelligence, operational expertise, and a profound understanding of quality early learning, not just theoretically, but in practice. You lead your team with confidence, consistently surpassing the expectations of the National Quality Standard.

We are seeking an individual with:

* A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
* A minimum of two years of leadership experience in a long-daycare, preschool, or kindergarten setting
* Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
* An ability to cultivate trusting relationships with staff, families, and community stakeholders
* Proven experience in supporting or leading an Assessment and Rating process
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
* A calm and composed demeanour when navigating change or challenges
