Job Description
The Route PM Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring business achieves set KPIs and managing customer relations. The role involves day-to-day service level targets, first point of contact for operational shift issues, and ensuring drivers and staff follow OHS and site safety requirements.
This position requires a full understanding of transport processes and expectations, as well as knowledge of relevant Federal and State Law requirements such as NHVR. Excellent MS Office skills are also required, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
