We are currently seeking a dynamic property leader to oversee the effective day-to-day operations of our office. This fast-paced role requires a confident and solutions-focused professional with strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
This position will involve:
 * Managing the efficient operation of our small office
 * Reviewing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures across all offices
 * Leading and supporting a small team member
 * Managing a local portfolio of properties
 * Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including the Real Estate and Business Agents Act
Requirements:
A minimum 3+ years' experience in a senior property management or leadership role is required. A valid driver's licence is also necessary.
