Fresh Produce Group have a number of horticulture roles available across our table grape and citrus farms. We have farms and packing sheds located in Red Cliffs and Colignan.
About the Role
The crew supervisor will be responsible for overseeing table grape work including but not limited to bunch work, picking and general table grape related work.
There are 2 supervision positions available. When you are selected, we will invite you for an interview. After successful interview, you will start under a trial period. This is for the management team to assess if you have the necessary skills and attitude for the job.
Work is available 5-6 days per week, 8 hour days. Dependent on weather conditions. The supervisor positions will start immediately for us to train and assess your skills and experience until end of picking season in 2026. Please note that this is a position that needs to be filled for at least 5 months.
About you
- Attention to detail and follow the directions of our farm managers and agronomist teams.
- Be able to communicate effectively in English and be a strong communicator.
- Have a solid personality to be able to supervise teams ranging between 20 – 30 people.
- Be able to work with devices such as smartphones and tablets for in-field communication and data capture.
