The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to execute Frasers Property Industrial's global brand and communications strategy.
Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing & Communications (GM), this role supports the development and delivery of external and internal communications across Australia and Europe.
The Communications Manager will assist with marketing and communications across regions to build FPI's brand. Responsibilities include enhancing brand visibility, managing communications, championing the corporate brand, and driving engagement with stakeholders globally.
What You'll Do
Leading external communications
* Identify media opportunities and work with our PR agency to deliver compelling media releases, news articles, thought leadership and social media content.
* Manage our social media and PR strategy, including content creation for LinkedIn, website, and email marketing.
* Manage content calendars and communication workflows across platforms.
* Champion brand consistency and compliance across all touchpoints
Driving internal engagement
* Lead communications around staff engagement, events, and cultural initiatives.
* Plan and deliver key internal events such as townhalls, conferences and team activations.
* Maintain employee channels to keep teams informed and aligned.
Content and campaign creation
* Collaborate with creative partners on the development of marketing materials including brochures, videos, social media content, presentations, and promotional items.
* Support key corporate milestones such as Annual Report contributions, results announcements, and award submissions.
* Monitor communications performance using Meltwater and provide reporting for analytics.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum 5–8 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate, property, industrial or professional services environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone, clarity and brand alignment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and produce content across multiple formats and platforms (e.g. media, digital, internal comms).
* Experience working with external PR agencies and creative partners.
* Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, media monitoring and analytics tools.
* Excellent project coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets and competing priorities.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, functions and geographies.
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset and high level of personal accountability.
* Experience in employee engagement, event coordination or corporate culture initiatives is highly regarded.
