Ai-Menu is a fast-growing Australian hospitality technology company providing an integrated ecosystem of POS, ordering, payments, AI and analytics solutions to venues across Australia and New Zealand. We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a high-calibre Sales Executive / Business Developer to help drive that expansion.
About the Role
This is an office-based sales role with frequent local and interstate travel to meet prospective clients. You will work closely with our marketing and leadership teams, engaging qualified leads generated through marketing activity and converting them into long-term customers.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys closing deals, thrives on accountability, and wants to grow into a senior sales leadership position over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage and convert warm leads provided by our marketing team
* Conduct in-person and remote sales meetings and product demonstrations
* Build strong relationships with hospitality operators and decision-makers
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
* Maintain accurate records and forecasting within our CRM
* Represent Ai-Menu professionally at meetings, site visits and industry events
* Travel locally and interstate as required
About You
You are someone who:
* Has strong closing skills and confidence handling objections
* Is highly trainable, coachable, and open to feedback
* Demonstrates a very strong work ethic and personal accountability
* Operates with high integrity, professionalism and honesty
* Is intelligent, energetic and driven to succeed
* Is comfortable with travel and face-to-face sales
* Has experience in B2B sales (hospitality, technology or payments experience is highly regarded but not essential)
