We are an established Flooring Xtra franchise operating across Castle Hill, Hornsby & Chatswood specialising in residential flooring projects.

Our business has built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and long-term customer relationships. We are a growing small business with structured systems and a supportive working environment.

We are seeking an organised Office Administrator to support our daily administration, invoice checking and customer coordination across our 3 stores - Castle Hill, Hornsby and Chatswood.

This is a structured role focused on process, accuracy and communication.

The is a hybrid position: two days working from home, and three days in office.

Working from home is Wednesday and Friday each week.

In-office schedule is:

2 days per week in Castle Hill (Monday, Tuesday)

1 day per week in Hornsby (Thursday)

And one Tuesday per month will be in our Chatswood branch.

This role suits someone who enjoys structured work, following systems, and keeping records accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Checking suppliers and installer invoices match purchase orders.
* Applying incoming payment and reconciling against reports
* Sending out the invoice when the job is completed and chasing outstanding customer balances
* Weekly debtors reviews with management
* Installation confirmations and post installation follow-up calls.
* Logging supplier credit claims
* Customer communication and scheduling coordination.
* General office administration and support tasks.

We are looking for:

* Strong attention to detail
* Confidence in making & taking customer phone calls
* Good organisation and record keeping skills
* Ability to follow structured processes
* Reliable and consistent work habits
* Basic admin or accounts experience preferred
* Confidence using office systems and spreadsheets
