**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and deliver diverse training programs to meet corporate standards effectively
Align with and advocate for the implementation of the National Strategy;
Assist in achieving dealership Sustainability Plan goals through performance support;
Collaborate with dealership staff to identify and address performance challenges;
Engage with internal stakeholders to refine training programs and content;
Aid in developing and updating training materials in line with regulations;
Monitor and review sales processes for regulatory and company compliance; and
Represent AAAF/Dealer Distribution in relevant internal and external forums.
**Requirements**:
Enthusiastic about cultivating top-tier sales teams and their growth;
Exhibit an impactful and compelling approach to training and coaching;
Demonstrate effective communication skills in various settings;
Preferably possess over 2 years of experience in commission-based retail sales;
Previous involvement in the Financial Services sector is advantageous;
Essential to grasp the technicalities of learning facilitation and stay updated; and
Certifications in training and assessment are beneficial for the role.
