Aequalis Consulting is supporting a growing pipeline of energy, utilities and major infrastructure projects across Queensland, with opportunities for experienced Quality Engineers and Quality Advisors as project delivery activity ramps up through 2026.
These roles sit within established project teams delivering complex construction and energy works, supporting compliance, assurance and continuous improvement across site-based environments. Opportunities are available across Brisbane-based projects as well as FIFO and regional assignments, depending on project stage and location.
This is a strong opportunity for quality professionals who enjoy being embedded in delivery teams and working closely with construction, engineering and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Implementing and maintaining quality management systems across project sites
* Conducting site inspections, audits and quality assurance activities
* Supporting construction and project teams with quality compliance and documentation
* Managing ITPs, NCRs, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
* Preparing quality reports and supporting client and third-party audits
* Working closely with site supervisors, engineers and project managers
* Ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards and regulatory requirements
About You
* Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Advisor within energy, utilities, infrastructure or construction projects
* Strong understanding of quality management systems and site-based QA processes
* Experience working in live, operational project environments
* Familiarity with Australian standards and project quality requirements
* Strong communication skills and the ability to influence project teams
* A practical, solutions-focused approach to quality on site
* Flexibility to work Brisbane-based, FIFO or regional roles as required
