About the Opportunity
Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a Workshop Planner / Coordinator to join our successful team in our Neerabup workshop.
The Workshop Planner / Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all hydraulic cylinder repair and remanufacturing work within the workshop. This role acts as the central link between customers, technicians, purchasing, and management to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.

Your Tasks:
* Plan and scheduling hydraulic cylinder repair and remanufacturing jobs based on capacity, priority, and delivery commitments.
* Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to address delays, urgent jobs, or material shortages.
* Track job progress and ensure on-time delivery
* Open, manage, and close work orders in the ERP or job management system.
* Ensure all job documentation (scope of work, drawings, photos, measurements) is complete and accurate.
* Coordinate inspection results and repair recommendations with supervisors and customers
* Control job status from receipt, strip, inspection, quoting, assembly, testing, and dispatch
* Act as the primary point of contact for job status updates
* Communicate lead times, delays, and technical findings clearly and professionally.
* Support quoting by providing labour estimates, and scheduling feedback
About You:
* Experience in workshop planning, production coordination, or maintenance scheduling
* Strong understanding of mechanical repair processes
* Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and repair scopes.
* Proficiency with ERP, CMMS, or job tracking systems.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Experience in hydraulic cylinder repair or remanufacturing preferred not required.
