We’re aiming to a fill a gap in mental health care, by creating a specialised clinic that is built to service the unique developmental needs of young people. Our vision is to create a mental health service that young people are proud to tell their friends about. Our mission is to improve Australia’s youth mental health sector by providing uncomplicated clinical care that is designed specifically for young people. This means providing services that young people and their families understand, engage with, and then feel capable of applying in their everyday life. What We Are Looking For: Given the growing nature of our clinic, we are looking for 2 x Registered Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist to join our team as part-time contractors. 1 x Child & Family Focused Clinician - servicing demand for our Under 12yrs. 1 x Adolescent & Young Adult Focused - servicing demand for 12yrs & up. These roles includes the standard offerings of private practice work, such as - Competitive remuneration Flexible working hours/days is a big part of our ethos and would be offered to suit your schedule. Full administrative support to allow you to focus on what’s important Well established operations systems/policies/procedures to ensure ease of work Consistent referral stream from local GPs, specialists, and other mental health services Access to monthly group supervision and learning & development resources with our clinical supervisor But most importantly this role offers the opportunity to be a part of a small, innovative, and values driven team. To Be Eligible for this role, you would need: Registration with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a psychologist or clinical psychologist Eligibility for Medicare Provider registration A current Working with Children check Experience working with children and adolescents (5-18yrs).
