We are expanding our office and looking for two talented Architectural Technicians to join our team in the Sydney Hills District.
You will have an opportunity to work on a mix of high-end residential and mixed-use commercial projects. You will have valuable involvement across all stages of the design process. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using REVIT, with AutoCad experience being an added bonus.
Requirements
- Excellent detailed documentation skills and in-depth construction knowledge.
- Experience liaising with all stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for each individual project.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaison with the Client, Council and Consultants.
- Experience managing project deadlines and meeting client requirements.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
Skills and Requirements
- A minimum 5 years' experience producing high quality & accurate architectural drawings using Revit, additional experience with AutoCad an advantage.
- Proven experience producing high-quality & accurate architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with Council Planning Codes.
- Sound knowledge of NCC & Australian Standards.
