Our Infrastructure Services business based in Gladstone is now seeking a reliable and self-motivated Pavement Advisor to support our asphalt crew.
Instead of being on the tools you will be running a PQI380 to monitor pavement compaction in real-time, marking core test locations, and feeding critical information back to the Foreman and Site Engineers.
You will also handle end-of-shift reports, capturing the events of what went right, and what needs attention.This is a structured role where consistency, clear communication, and attention to detail are required.

We are seeking an individual who is comfortable working with technology, with compaction testing gear or soil testing experience advantageous.This position will provide you with growth, a long-term and stable career pathway, access to formal training and support from a strong team culture.You will be rewarded with above award pay plus all travel expenses covered.Night shift and occasional away work will be required.
