Job Role:
* Business Development Manager selling electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire, and facilities maintenance services to various sectors
* Hunter-style sales professional targeting new business opportunities and clients
* Focus on minor projects, fit-out contracts, and ongoing service agreements for M&E/HVAC maintenance and facilities management
* Support operations managers in growing existing accounts
* Lead generation, cold calling, tendering, trade shows, and RFQs
* Client engagement and relationship management
* Leverage your professional network to secure new business opportunities
* Travel throughout New South Wales
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in facility management, building services, or related fields (mechanical, HVAC, electrical, hydraulics maintenance, or IFM contracts)
* 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in roles such as Account Management, Business Development, or Service Management
* Established network of customers from contracting or service provider backgrounds preferred
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Engaging personality and presentation skills to drive business growth
