About The Role
As a Software Test Engineer, you will contribute to a purpose-led digital transformation within our Claims Platform. Working in cross-functional feature teams, you will embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle while advancing automation and modern testing practices. Your work will directly support reliable, secure, and scalable customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Design and deliver testing strategies that integrate functional, system, integration, regression, performance, and security testing across the delivery lifecycle.
* Build, maintain, and evolve automated testing frameworks that improve coverage, reliability, and speed of delivery.
* Partner with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to shape quality outcomes and contribute to acceptance criteria and solution design.
* Embed testing into CI/CD pipelines, supporting continuous delivery through automation, test data management, and reporting.
* Identify risks, defects, and improvement opportunities early, supporting informed decision-making and stable production releases.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in software testing within Agile delivery environments, with a strong focus on automation and quality engineering.
* Hands-on capability with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI, and CI tools like Jenkins.
* Programming or scripting experience using languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar.
* Experience designing or adopting test automation frameworks for web and API testing.
* Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver clear, outcome-focused quality solutions.
