Qualifications
- Computer Science, Computing
- RMM / Endpoint Manager (N-Sight or similar)
- CRM (SuiteCRM, SugarCRM, SalesForce, Zoho or similar)
- Office 365 and Azure AD
- Cybersecurity knowledge (Essential Eight, Threatlocker, SentinelOne)
- A technical, logical thought process.
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
- An ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
- Liaising with 3rd party support to solve platform-specific issues.
- Windows 10 / 11.
Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, phone system, mobile fleet, etc.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical and application support across the company (in person, over the phone, or by remote access) regarding Office 365 Suite, CRM, and business-specific applications such as simPRO, PropertyMe, etc.
- Setting up and removing user profiles and accounts (onboarding/offboarding) in Azure AD, Office 365, NordPas, business-specific applications, etc.
- Repairing or replacing equipment as necessary.
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors to delegate support and manage subscriptions.
- Prioritising and escalating issues as needed.
- Installing software.
- Advising users on which steps to take to fix minor IT problems.
- Troubleshooting and identifying causes for hardware malfunctions or software errors.
- Network administration.
- Monitoring performance of IT equipment and computer systems in the organisation.
- Other tasks that fall within the scope of this function as reasonably requested by the employer.
