About the Client
INDEX is partnering with an Australian FinTech organisation to support the ongoing evolution of a complex digital platform delivering web and data-driven solutions. The environment is enterprise-scale, operating within a regulated financial services setting with a strong focus on performance, security and continuous enhancement.
About the role
This role focuses on designing, building and improving modern full stack applications within a cross-functional engineering team. You will contribute to solution design, resolve technical challenges and influence engineering standards across web, API and data layers.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain full stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability and security
* Analyse and resolve technical issues while contributing to enhancements across applications, services and data integrations
* Collaborate with Product, QA and operational teams to deliver prioritised business outcomes
* Contribute to development standards including documentation, automated testing and CI/CD practices
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Software Engineer within enterprise or product-based environments
* Experience with .NET technologies, ASP.NET MVC and building RESTful APIs
* Advanced SQL Server experience including database design, optimisation and performance tuning
Mandatory Requirements
* Must be based in Brisbane.
* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
