About:
a Nationally established law firm is looking for a Senior Associate with Employment Law experience for their Melbourne office. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with their team to ensure their clients receive the best legal representation and advice.

Requirements :
* Minimum 5 Years PQE practising Employment Law, with experience in Employment Practices Liability matters.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail & Excellent file management skills.
* Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
* Readily able to manage client relationships and motivated to provide excellent client service.
* Ability to manage many documents and tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient research skills and commercial acumen.
* Able to work autonomously, and in a team where necessary.
Your Responsibilities :
1. Reviewing & drafting settlement agreements, contracts of employment, policies and procedures.
2. Advising clients on employment matters including:
* Employment terms and conditions - Enterprise agreements, awards and entitlements
* Performance Management
* Claims of unfair dismissal, general protections & discrimination.
