We are looking to add an experienced Client Account Manager to support our growth, based in our Townsville, QLD office location.

About the role
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth, while also driving new client acquisition for the business.
Key responsibilities
* Managing a defined portfolio of clients and target industries to drive new customer acquisition.
* Maintaining existing revenue while growing incremental sales with current customers (upsell, cross-sell, whitespace).
* Ensuring a consistently high level of customer service, aligned with RMT's standards, including achievement of agreed Client Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) outcomes.
* Preparing clear and compelling sales quotes and proposals.
* Building and managing a sales pipeline at appropriate levels.
* Representing RMT at industry and partner events as required.
* Maintaining a strong understanding of RMT's managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity offerings.
* Maintaining a strong understanding of RMT's partnerships, namely Telstra and Microsoft.
* Developing account and sales plans for key prospects and existing clients.
* Working effectively with technical, project, and service teams to deliver positive customer outcomes.
* Maintaining accurate and timely CRM hygiene in ConnectWise Manage.
About you
* 3+ years' experience in sales and/or account management.
* Experience within the MSP or technology sector.
* Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
* Ability to build relationships with executives and decision-makers.
