We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate and drive the delivery of our programs, training and services while building strong relationships with key stakeholders across Australia. About the role Reporting to the Head of MESHA, the Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of MESHA programs, training and services. You will oversee program logistics, operational systems, workforce coordination and stakeholder engagement, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and with high quality standards. You will also work closely with teams across THRF Group to support communications, events, partnerships and national growth opportunities. Key responsibilities Operations & Program Delivery Coordinate the delivery of MESHA programs, training and services Oversee operational systems, program logistics and contract deliverables Monitor program schedules, budgets and operational performance Ensure quality assurance, risk management and compliance processes are followed. Workforce Coordination Manage a pool of program facilitators, overseeing recruitment and onboarding Coordinate rostering and professional development to ensure workforce readiness Support facilitator training and professional development. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with defence and emergency service organisations Engage with universities, government departments, clinicians and industry partners Liaise with program participants, referral partners and stakeholders Maintain accurate records and communications within CRM systems Growth & Partnerships Support the national growth of MESHA programs and initiatives Assist with events, marketing campaigns and partnerships Identify and support potential grant opportunities and new collaborations. About you You are a highly organised and proactive operations professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment. You will bring: Experience in operations management, program coordination or service delivery Strong project management and organisational skills Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience working with CRM or operational systems Experience in health, not-for-profit, research, defence, emergency services or government sectors will be highly regarded.
