You move fast, think faster and rarely break a sweat under pressure, whether overseeing loading dock protocols and storeroom de rigueur or working your magic as a financial demigod/goddess (invoicing, cost coding, batching, ledger balances – yep, the fun stuff!). All while keeping everyone happy – vendors, contractors, teammates and, because everything runs smoothly, hotel guests.

Responsibilities
* Oversee daily logistics and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth passage of work.
* Oversee loading dock protocols and storeroom management.
* Support financial tasks including invoicing, cost coding, batching, and ledger balances.
* Maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, teammates and hotel guests through professional and timely communication.
Qualifications
* Experience in operations, logistics, or related hotel back-of-house functions is preferred or implied by responsibilities described.
