You'll work with thrifted fashion, showcase your flair for visual merchandising, and help create a welcoming shopping experience - all while supporting programs that assist over 55,000 West Australians every year.

About the position:
As a Retail Team Leader, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure great customer service, maintain stock and merchandising standards, support our amazing volunteers, and champion a safe, welcoming environment - all in line with Vinnies policies.
* 2 x Permanent Part-time positions
* Margaret River Location hours per fortnight
* Dunsborough Location - 36 hours per fortnight (incl. every Saturday)
* Curating fashion for a personalised experience in our thriving South West stores
* Supervising, training and supporting a dedicated team of Volunteers
* Supporting the Retail Manager to achieve exceptional outcomes for the store
* Processing high volumes of donated stock
What you need:
* Proven retail fashion sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results
* A real passion for delivering incredible customer service
* Demonstrated understanding of stock control management
* Excellent communication skills with a large range of stakeholders
* Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations; a strong can-do and hands-on approach to work
* An ability to foster a positive team spirit and lead by example; inspiring action and passion for our greater Vinnies Mission
