We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Waste & Resources Facility) to join our team at our Waroona site.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily site activities – weighbridge, landfill, picking station, and sand quarry to ensure safe, efficient and compliant working.
* Supervise operation of heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, grab machines, crushers, screens, and telehandlers as required.
* Ensure all health, safety and environmental protocols are strictly followed, contributing to a safe work environment for all staff.
* Ensure maintenance and upkeep of site equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Monitor and report on site performance metrics, ensuring targets are met.
* Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements in operational processes and workflows.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in waste, quarrying or similar activities a distinct advantage
* Experienced in managing teams with strong organisational and communication skills
* Commitment to developing a Safety Culture
* Relevant licences e.g. Loader, Excavator, drivers licence
* A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to be hands on and part of the team
* Desire to be part of rebuilding a business from project to operational phase.
