Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on leader to oversee food and beverage operations across various dining experiences.
* Supervising daily restaurant, bar, and event space operations
* Leading, training, and motivating team members to excel in their roles
* Supporting recruitment, scheduling, and payroll processes
* Collaborating closely with kitchen and event teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
* Managing guest feedback with professionalism and care
* Upholding brand standards and fostering a supportive team environment
* Assisting with inventory management and stock control
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in the food and beverage industry, a current RSA certificate, and familiarity with Infrasys (Shiji) POS systems. They will also possess strong leadership and communication skills, a hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail, and flexibility to work rotating rosters including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
