As a Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in leading service delivery across your region within our Defence Health Services contract. You'll work closely with Defence stakeholders, operational teams, and partners to strengthen relationships and improve performance. This role offers a balance of leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight covering 4 locations, Stirling (Rockingham), Pearce (Bullsbrook), Campbell (Swanbourne) and HQ at Leeuwin Barracks. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers and communities.
As a Regional Manager in the ADF Health Services team, you'll make a positive impact by:
* Building strong relationships with Defence stakeholders and partners.
* Leading and supporting Operations Coordinators to drive engagement.
* Improving service delivery and regional performance outcomes.
* Overseeing compliance across operations, rostering, and clinical standards.
* Driving positive workplace culture and team collaboration.
* Managing multiple priorities to meet operational deadlines.

You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
