The Role: Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and Chairperson, the CEO will take full responsibility for: Leading a broad-based portfolio of businesses across hospitality, leisure, property, and venues Driving strategic planning, organisational performance, and operational excellence across the Group Overseeing capital works projects and long-term investment plans Strengthening commercial performance while upholding cultural integrity and stakeholder trust Representing the organisation in high-level stakeholder engagement, including external banking, government, industry, and community settings Leading an established, senior executive team across finance, operations, HR, IT, and affiliated business units About You: You are an accomplished executive with: Extensive experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive leader within a highly successful multi-faceted organisation including hospitality, entertainment, leisure, or related sectors. Relevant and appropriate experience in wider sectors outside of these listed will not be discounted.
