What We Offer:
* Competitive base salary of $120,000 – $130,000 plus super, along with the 15% Worker Retention Grant

What You’ll Do:
* Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the centre while ensuring compliance across all areas
* Drive occupancy growth and build strong community relationships
* Lead, mentor, and support the team to create a positive culture
* Oversee staffing, rostering, and workforce planning
* Ensure high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF and the National Quality Standards
* Manage budgets, centre performance, and operational goals
* Build strong relationships with families, children, and staff
About You:
* Previous Centre Director experience is essential
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
* ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Confident managing centre operations independently
* Passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education and care
* Hands‑on leader with a positive and collaborative approach
