Leading Water and Wastewater Projects
This role requires an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria.
The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering with strong design management skills and experience in leading engineering teams.
Responsibilities include developing systems, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure high-quality project delivery, collaborating with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors, and providing technical leadership throughout the design and construction phases.
Additional responsibilities include mentoring engineering teams, identifying and mitigating engineering and construction risks, and supporting team growth through mentorship and continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven experience in engineering management within the water and wastewater sector
* Expertise in design and construct projects, with contractor-side delivery experience preferred
* Strong design management skills and a background in mechanical engineering
* A passion for improving systems, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure project success
