The Role
As the Telesales Contact Centre Manager you will be working directly with the Sales Director & the Field Sales team to drive continuous performance and growth across the region.
With 3 direct reports, you will be responsible for:
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement.
* Coaching, Live-coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance.
* Monitor & analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance & identify areas for improvement.
* Effectively collaborate with field sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients.
* CRM data management for effective lead generation.
* Utilise data to make effective decisions resulting in positive gains.
