The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for a Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This role will see you produce high-impact visual assets that elevate the brand and communicate the unique lifestyle of each project. From print brochures and signage to digital campaigns and presentation decks, your work will directly influence how these luxury projects are perceived in the market. Key Responsibilities Create and deliver marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, EDMs, social media assets, and digital campaigns. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials. Develop high-quality presentation documents for internal stakeholders and external partners. Assist with creative direction on photography, video, and digital content. Maintain brand guidelines and push creative boundaries to align with luxury market expectations. About You Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in design, ideally within property, lifestyle, or luxury sectors. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). A strong design portfolio demonstrating both digital and print execution. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about creating engaging visual content. Salary & Benefits $60,000 - $85,000 Superannuation (depending on experience).
