What You'll Do
* Work with Risk subject matter experts to design and deliver clear risk communications and pragmatic change interventions to embed Group Risk initiatives across the business.
* Coordinate and package communications and change activity to optimise how divisions receive, understand and embed Group Risk changes with clear and timely actions and messages.
* Maintain and evolve Group Risk information and enablement assets, including the Risk Intelligence hub, playbooks, tools, templates and engagement materials.
* Enable and support self‐service change delivery by educating Group Risk teams and providing change management and communications guidance, quality assurance and advice.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement, contributing to the Group Risk Delivery Plan and identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness.
* Support Risk Operations' planning, change and communications activities.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years communications and change management experience for programs/projects across technology, business transformation or cultural change.
* Project management and implementation experience (desirable).
* Demonstrated experience supporting large or complex programs.
* Proven professional approach to engaging and managing relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in Financial Services, ideally General Insurance.
* Knowledge of risk management principles.
* Experience providing education, coaching or communications.
* Experience producing and maintaining online content.
* Experience developing templates for a range of change and communications activities.
* Ability to document complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
* Ability to plan and self‐direct work.
* Strong critical thinking and problem‐solving skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline (desirable).
