Job Overview

As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Midwife to provide exceptional patient care in the Antenatal Ward at NSW Health.


Key Responsibilities

* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
* Deliver evidence-based midwifery care that prioritizes patient well-being and promotes healthy outcomes.


Requirements

* Current registration as a midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) is essential.
* Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Demonstrated understanding of evidence-informed practice, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
