Job Title
A senior media professional is sought after to spearhead retail media operations, driving strategy and execution for cross-channel campaigns.
* Leverage expertise in retail and marketplaces to lead the team through leadership of all retail media efforts.
* Develop robust partnerships with key eGrocery and Pureplay platforms, aligning with Commerce goals and business strategy.
* Define priorities, targets, and budgets, adapting global playbooks and guidelines into actionable local plans.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have deep expertise in retail and marketplaces, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive internal training on platform updates, best practices, and testing strategies, establishing GroupM as a thought leader in retail media.
2. Collaborate with planning and buying teams to create comprehensive playbooks outlining how to integrate non-digital and direct OI retail media formats into overall client campaigns.
3. Educate agency teams on the value proposition and best practices for leveraging non-digital and direct OI retail media formats.
