A major enterprise transformation is underway following several recent acquisitions. With multiple legacy systems in place and older SAP environments and other ERPs, the organisation is moving toward a unified SAP S/4HANA platform.
We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support their SAP S/HANA project (approx. 1 day/week) while also contributing to a strong pipeline of broader business and technology projects across the organisation. This role will provide critical support to the Change Managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Support change activities across the SAP S/4HANA implementation and related business projects.
* Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and readiness activities.
* Assist with communications planning, drafting and coordination.
* Provide administrative and operational support to Change Managers.
* Work across multiple ERPs (SAP and legacy systems) to help identify business impacts and change requirements.
* Engage with business SMEs across multiple sites and functions.
* Contribute to training coordination, workshops, and end-user engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Change Analyst on SAP projects.
* Understanding of change impact analysis, communications and stakeholder support.
* Ability to work across multiple workstreams and support several Change Managers.
* Strong written communication and documentation skills.
* Adaptability and comfort working in a complex environment with mixed systems.
* Availability to work 3 days onsite in Melbourne each week.
