Accounting Professional
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Professional to join our team on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous bookkeeping experience, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes for clients
* Reconcile bank, credit card, and supplier statements
* Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero
* Assist with preparation of BAS and other compliance reporting
* Support monthly account reconciliations and reporting
* Maintain and file supporting documentation for all financial transactions
* Liaise with clients and suppliers as required regarding account queries
