About the Role
At our beautiful beachside venue, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the smooth operation of all areas.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing team dynamics, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for staff and guests.
You will be the key on-the-floor leader, overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and personally handling VIP guests or complex customer concerns.
This role requires strong organisational skills, leadership presence, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure all service areas (FOH, bar, functions) run effectively.
* Team Leadership: Support FOH Supervisors, Bar Leaders, and Restaurant Manager in leading service teams.
* Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive professional, attentive, and friendly service.
* Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily opening and closing venue checks, including safety, hygiene, and security protocols.
Requirements
* Food Safety Certificate
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* Prior experience as a Venue Manager and people management experience.
