About the Role
We're seeking a hands‐on, forward‐thinking and motivated Brisbane based Operations Manager to lead the growth of their newly established QLD business. This is an important management role driving efficiency, quality, and safety across their civil construction operations business.
Responsibilities
* Establish and oversee day to day operations.
* Establish new business locally and throughout QLD
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
* Leading project planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation.
* Build robust relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and safety.
* Supporting growth through strategic planning and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Open, however we are looking for long term road industry experience with proven leadership experience in operations, project management and/or site management within the civil construction sector.
Required Skills
* Robust organisational, strategy, business development and problem-solving skills using a hands‐on approach.
* The ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
