As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled HVAC / Refrigeration Technician to join our team.
Role Overview
The HVAC / Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for the assembly, installation, testing, and servicing of HVAC and refrigeration systems designed for hazardous environments. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to safety standards, and the capability to work both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and install HVAC and refrigeration systems in the workshop and on-site
* Perform commissioning, diagnostics, and fault finding on systems
* Conduct maintenance and servicing of industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
* Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
* Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian standards and hazardous area requirements
* Conduct system performance testing and quality checks
* Complete service reports and documentation
* Maintain a safe working environment in line with company and industry safety standards
