We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal role in leading our operations in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and expanding our Perth campus, ensuring seamless experiences for students, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Launch and Expansion: Oversee the opening of Perth at 100% readiness, with immaculate facilities, trained team members, and efficient rhythms in place.
* Operational Excellence: Own daily campus operations, conduct regular audits against the Campus Ops Playbook, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Leadership and Team Building: Hire, onboard, coach, and mentor high-calibre Service Team Members & Leaders, fostering a culture of kindness, responsibility, and unity.
* Student Experience: Collaborate with the Enrolments Team to create new classes in line with demand and utilisation, resolve escalations with empathy and precision, and implement meaningful service improvements.
